Description & Requirements

The Analyst- Mnfr – Sustainability will support the Sustainability team by providing a single point of contact for standardization of rituals and routines as well as reporting and program knowledge. This position will ensure that the Sustainability strategies run efficiently- and look for areas of improvement.


  • Collects- analyzes and interprets quantitative and qualitative data to identify and action inefficiencies
  • Drive out unnecessary costs- while creating efficiencies and process improvements
  • Assist with programs designed to drive the company’s ESG agenda and commitments (minimize and eliminate plant waste- reduce overall costs for the facilities and reduce environmental footprint; Utilities)
  • Prepares standardized and ad hoc reports to support business analysis and external ESG reporting commitments
  • Provide support to plants on ESG data management (Energy- Water- Waste-)/issues
  • Lead the responsible sourcing audit and certification program for US plants


  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in related field- Excellent skills in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite- Tableau and SAP a plus
  • Demonstrates strong analytical abilities- attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Possesses the ability to work on multiple and complex projects with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to be comfortable in a face paced environment
  • Translates complex data for a variety of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
