Description & Requirements

Analyst- Customer Business Team

The Analyst- Customer Business Team be responsible for supporting the UGI Channels customer business team.


  • Post Audits Management
    • Review and investigate all Post Audit claims by UGI Channel customers (Metro/ AIO)
    • Determine if claim is valid or invalid based on review of historical deal sheets- performance criteria
    • Correspond with CUSTOMER Vendor Audit team as well as the merchandising group to contest invalids claims and ensure is not deducted or repayments are made
    • Regular review of the Post Audits with DCD- CCMs and CBLs
    • Work closely with Transaction specialist to ensure Invalid Tracker is up to date

  • Deduction Clearing (A/R) support:
    • Manage all A/R clearing of Promo Trade and Billbacks for all CCMs
    • Maintain A/R tracker
    • Validate performance against the deal sheet criteria
    • Validate volume for any deals applicable

  • Deals Sheet management:
    • Support CCMs with uploading Deals Sheets into customer portal
    • Manage approvals/rejections of any deals submitted from customer

  • River 2.0 Event Management
    • On ad hoc basis support CCMs with event setup or other administrative work required for River 2.0 event management

  • Trade/Ad Hoc
    • Trade Scrub support
    • Open activity reporting
    • Support DCD on ad hoc projects


  • 1-3 years in Consumer Packaged Industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Teamwork - Power of We
  • Adaptability: ability to be flexible and be self-starter
  • Technical skills: proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Problem Solving
