Program overview
This program offers a unique chance to broaden your overall knowledge of how a multifaceted, multinational food company operates. We help grow future leaders who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy. Ambitious, hardworking, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded. The program is designed around three elements (CORE: 12-month trainee program; CARE: Coaching, Mentoring & Development Conversations; CURIOSITY: Leadership Programs) to offer trainees great exposure to business processes and a strong personal, as well as professional, development path.
Qualifications & Achievements
Recent graduates from a Bachelor or Master degree, graduated in or after 2020. Strong extra-curricular achievements that reflect a proactive attitude and true ownership.
Language Skills
Excellent knowledge of the English language and of the native language of whichever country you want to work in (UK, Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Brazil, Australia, China or Mexico).
Working Rights
Willingness to relocate is a must. Valid working rights in one of the following countries is required; UK, Netherlands, Spain, Russia, Brazil, Australia, China, Mexico.
