WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Program structure

During your internship or working student activity, you will receive training in every department and function of the Kraft Heinz Company together with other young talents, starting in the same period as you.

After getting to know all the structures you will take over your own project in your team and regularly discuss and present your progress. In addition, you will of course take on other tasks that are relevant in daily business. At the end of the internship you will present the results of your project together with the other interns to the mentors and leaders of the business. If you perform well, we will be happy to include you in our intern retention program and present you exciting positions in our team!

At Kraft Heinz, we believe in the motivation and ambition of people. Hence, if you still have the time after your first experience with us and want to get to know another department, we will be happy to prolong your internship and welcome you in another team to help you find your passion.

Sales
