Program structure

During your internship at The Kraft Heinz Company you will receive an onboarding from each department together with other young talents that have started this journey with you.

After getting to know all the structures, you will take over your own responsibilities within your team and you will regularly discuss and present your progress to your manager. This regularly-based feedback process will allow you to enhance your skills and capabilities.

Over-performing interns will have the possibility to enter our pipeline and offered exciting opportunities in our French team or across our offices in Europe.

Sales & Marketing

You could be a part of our teams and get to know everything about customer relations, negotiations, brand and category marketing.

Operations

Join our logistics managers to explore the world of supply chains and distribution.

Human Resources

Gain new experiences in project and event management and everything that evolves around our people.

Legal

You can make an impact in our Legal department and learn how it works for a multinational company.
